E-government
The term «electronic government» (E-government) determines the way of interaction between government business and citizens through the active use of information and communication technologies (ICTs). The main objectives of E-government projects are increasing of the efficiency of public services and improving of the communications with government.
There are the following key areas:
- G2C (Government-to-Citizen, interaction between government and citizens);
- G2G (Government-to-Government, interaction between the various authorities);
- G2B (Government-to-Business, interaction between government and business);
- G2E (Government-to-Employees, interaction between government and government employees).
Implementation of E-government in Russia is carried out in the 2009-2010.
