Documentflow
Electronic document management is an organizational-technical system, which ensures the process of creating, access managing and distribution of electronic documents on computer networks.
The basic principles of electronic documentation are:
- One-time document registration, which allows clearly identification of the document in any installation of this system.
- The ability to perform parallel operations, allowing to decrease time of the document-flow
- Continuity of the document movement, which helps to identify the person who responsible for a document (task) at each moment of a document (process) existence.
- One (or synchronized) database, helping to avoid document duplication.
- Well-organized document search which allows finding the document with minimal information about it.
- Developed reporting system based on the different status and attributes of the document, which allows controlling the document-flow and making decisions according to the actual information from the system reports.

Flexis company has developed several industrial solutions of workflow automation (insurance automation, banking automation, workflow automation in schools etc.).
These solutions are client-server applications. The server part is based on the Adobe LiveCycle ES platform (the set of LiveCycle ES components depends on the task specifics). The client side is based on a free Adobe Reader (today this program has already installed on more than 90% of all computers).
